IT SNOWED FOR JULIE & MATT'S WEDDING DAY
The night before, to be exact. We woke up to a still December morning, the snow dusted on the ground and on the trees. I just love that that happened. December is maybe the only month of the year you hope for snow, but rarely ever get it, and it came. Matt and Julie are the proof that falling in love can be simple, that there is delight to take in the first snowfall of the year, that there is nothing like listening as an entire room sings a made up summer camp song about you and your story. They are also the proof that trustful love is the best kind, proved in the act of recording, many years ago, your first thoughts about the boy you were talking to, and how one day you and him would get married. Real love is trust that whatever bad comes along it will always be worth it to go it together. Well, their 'one day' arrived on a Saturday in December, and here is a small taste of how it unfolded, from our eyes and hearts as we saw it..Julie and Matt, you know we love ya. Thanks for making a day as fun and down-to-earth as your lovely selves. We loved being there, we are still remembering it all, thank you for your trust in asking us to come and play a small part. xo, jennTheir wedding took place at the lovely Victoria Park Pavilion in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario | December 2012
