MADE IT TO COLORADO!

So... hello. This was our view a couple days ago... !! I can't even begin to think of how to adequately describe the beauty we've seen in the past two weeks as we've traveled across the states. Incredible beauty in the places we've seen, of course, but seriously tenfold in the people we've met. Here are just a few of them below...A few of my favourite things so far, in no particular order...finding my favourite brewery in Grand Rapids * chatting with Mary on the 18hr train ride to Denver * face-timing with our cat back home, haha!! * long car rides across new landscapes * beaches in the sun in november (such a treat) * finally working across the table from a long-distance co-worker! * getting caught in a thundershower in chicago * watching sunrises * re-living old disney memories * just spending days documenting the day-to-day lives of families * eating the eggs of chickens i'd actually met * wine + late nights with friends * wild dreaming...We drove up to Rocky Mountain Park yesterday and took some photos of the couple who'd been hosting us here in Colorado... and I think at one point I had to stop and I just said to everyone that I literally couldn't believe where we were. I've had many moments like that over the past couple of weeks... moments where I've given myself the chance to take it in... 'I've got to pinch myself' moments. We've struggled a lot to find the time to be on the computer posting updates as much as we originally thought and hoped we would (we've done a bit on our TUMBLR page) but honestly, I wouldn't trade any of the time we've spent being out there connecting with people and being able to do what we love doing.More soon!
